Exercise 5: Waist trimmer

Lie on your side and support your upper body with your lower arm. Bend your legs backwards and place your upper arm on your thigh. Breath out, lift your rump, pelvis and thigh from the floor, ensuring that you tense your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Lower your body again slowly while breathing in. Change sides.
