Breastfeeding lying on your back

Breastfeeding lying on your back

Following a difficult birth or birth by caesarean section, it may be easier to breastfeed while lying on your back.
Support your upper body with pillows so that you are slightly upright. Now place your baby on a cushion and lay him/her down next to you at the height of your breast. Support your baby’s back with your arm, so that you can gently pull him/her to you.
