Pilates is ideal during pregnancy, particularly in order to strengthen the strained abdominal, pelvic floor and back muscles. Pilates trainer Romi shows you suitable exercises, which you can follow straight away and which will do you good. You can either complete the 25-minute training or you can do each exercise individually.
